Change Aligned

About Us

Redefining Success Through Emotional Intelligence.

At our core, we understand the importance of emotions in the workplace. We know that emotions are often dismissed as unprofessional and irrelevant, but we believe they are the driving force behind success.

We’ve seen the consequences of change done poorly, whether it’s leaders implementing changes without listening to their team or teams failing to move in the same direction. We’ve also seen the missed opportunities for growth when leaders play it too safe and avoid change altogether.

We believe that for change to be successful, it must have the right foundation. This requires emotional intelligence from leaders who build the right conditions for their team to engage, be motivated, and be receptive to change.

Our approach emphasises the importance of emotional intelligence, and combines practical tools such as the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework with the Emotional Culture Deck and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology; to enhance engagement and outcomes through creativity and gamification.

With our guidance, you can gain clarity and focus in your strategic thinking, transforming challenges into opportunities.

If you would like the support of strategy consultants in London with a combined 100+ years of experience to help you navigate change and build a high-performing team that’s ready to take on any challenge.

In 2016, Pat moved to Japan to support the Tokyo and Seoul offices of A&O as senior HR and operations manager. She moved back to the UK in 2019 and her most recent position is with the firm’s London office as a senior HR manager.
